Paper Airplane Folding Instructions
1. Fold the corners down to each side and unfold to make an X shape.
2. Fold the top down and make a crease so it lines up with the middle of the X shape.
3. Fold the top two corners to the center line.
4. Unfold the last step and then accordion fold the sides so they are tucked inside.
5. Fold the bottom corners of the triangle up to the top.
6. Now, fold the top sides of the diamond to the center line.
7. Unfold the diamond back to the triangle shape.
8. Fold the top two sides in to the middle and then accordion fold the remaining parts upwards to get this shape.
9. Fold the top down about 1 inch (2.5cm) so it's tucked behind the points.
10. Fold the upper sides to the back center line.
11. Finally, fold the paper plain in half and fold out both wings. Use a staple to keep it all together.
Leave the inner flaps pointing upwards to look like an airplane cockpit. You can even draw on a little pilot if you want. Or fold them down if you prefer.
